Parents. You would be so proud of your students. So far, our first hours of camp are incredible. It has been so cool to see your students engaging with God in worship. They have started to have a great time with their counselors… and we(as staff) are already being left out of the little cabin jokes they are enjoying.
I think that one of the things I love watching is the way these students find and reveal their true identities to us as the week goes along. As these students get more comfortable with themselves and each other, they show us who they really are. There isn’t as much pressure here for kids to try and impress people. Somehow, they are beginning to understand that their value lies in what is inside and not outside. I’m excited to see what God does this week.

Parents,Just a quick note… After two sessions with your students, it has been amazing to see God begin to stir their hearts toward worship already. We have had the best first sessions that I can remember (after 11 years of leading worship in a camp setting). It is an honor to be able to worship with your students, and to see them connecting with God in such an amazing way so early in the week!

I liked doing the archery it was fun but hard!
Also doing worship.
I liked worship and archery… that is the best so far!
p.s. In archery, I won -Daphne
I love our cabin! It’s fun getting to know different girls! I love worship time. I won a contest in archery! 150 points! Oh yeah! –Emily W.
I like beating boys in things when they think that girls aren’t good enough… they thought that girls weren’t good at archery… but I won! It was so much fun!!
Camp Adventure has been amazing. In just a couple of minutes group 8 is going to the blob. The food been great and worship is a environment to let it all out to Jesus

I would have to say praise and worship would be the best part it is so cool to see all the kids that love Jesus and are here to show it!!!!@ I LUV CAMP!!!!!
