Parents,

I am so proud of your students.  Reading their blogs and watching them here at camp gives me hope for the future of our country.  I am excited to see how God uses this week in the lives of your kids.  Today has been great.  It rained a little, but that is over and we are on to our afternoon activities.  These students are inspiring to me.  The way they express kindness to each other and the way they are engaging with the week is amazing.  We are getting to see what you have worked so hard to accomplish for many years.  Thank you!

I’m first! Yeah. That doesn’t mean anything though, because we are all equally great. Today we read a small bit of James. That was really cool. It is a really good lesson booster, if you know what I mean. Okay so far I have learned that there are some really insanely…awesome people so far at this camp. The kids are just amazing; they inspire and amaze me every day.  I’ve made a ton of good intern friends. I hope to God that everything keeps going downhill from here because all the uphill stuff is hard to walk up. GO CAMP! YEAA

Hey guys what’s up? Here is so much fun! We had some really good lessons so far! Last night we partied like animals! Well, the blob is Thursday I can’t wait!! I have made lots of new friends!!J!! I can’t wait for middle school now! I will have lots of friends! Ok well I am missing “surfs up” (it’s when you stand on a chair and pretend you are surfing)

Hey! How is everything? I have learned that God is a lover, God is a gracious god, and God gets jealous. I have Discovered so much! I hope the rest of the week is this amazing! I love being here with the staff and with God!! Love to all of you!!!

Yesterday close to the end of the day, I did archery and that was fun.  We even had a tournament with each other.

Last night’s worship was amazing!!!  They played the song “Majesty”.  Every time I hear that song, I get teary eyed, but last night, I just started bawling!  It was so emotional.  The band is really great.

Hey!! Its been a AWESOME week!! Its been great hanging out with all the interns. Even though we have to work all day, its so much fun…especially the golf carts!! Its been amazing to see God work through these kids lives and its only the 2^nd day! We can’t wait to see what He is going to do next.

Camp is awesome. We are just about to go to worship… then our activity is high ropes. Can’t wait, our councilor is Mitzi… she rocks I’m having a blast!!!!

I think i am moving closer to God since i have come to CAmp, and I have become more open about worshipping God.

tHE PAST THREE DAYS THAT i HAVE EXPERIENCED HERE AT CAMP HAVE BEEN AWESOME. i HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH ABOUT gOD THAT i’M ABOUT AT MY “TIPPING POINT.” i LOVE gOD SO MUCH. hE HAS BROUGHT ME CLOSER TO MY FRIENDS AND COUNSLERS.

 

I HAVE BEEN DISCOVERING LOTS OF STUFF! GOD ESPECIALLY. I BELIeVE IN HIM OH SO MUCH. I HAVE BEEN LEARNING THINGS ABOUT HIM I HAVENT KNOWN BEFORE.
